2015 CHARITY – THE HUMAN RIGHTS CAMPAIGN

Each year between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve PrimaProductions LLC partners with an organization that advocates individuality and dignity, particularly in support of women. In 2015 we were moved by another force, namely the trans feminine community.

ZipHer is an elegant tool composed of brass ball chain, faux pearls and a long hook; it is ergonomically designed to help with hard-to-reach back zippers. Women all over the world use ZipHer, and so do transexual and transgender women. The demand from the trans community has been so great, in fact, that we introduced an XL ZipHer for the taller user. So many trans who are newly interested in dresses live alone. We have received photos and messages of gratitude from this segment of society all over the world.

The Human Rights Campaign is the largest national lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization. HRC envisions an America where LGBT people are ensured of their basic equal rights, and can be open, honest and safe at home, at work and in the community. www.hrc.org

2014 CHARITY – LIPSTICK ANGELS

In 2014 our charity partner of choice was one that provides innovative and transformational services to women. LIPSTICK ANGELS whose mission is to integrate emotional well-being and a positive attitude with modern medical care. LipStick Angels believes in the healing power of beauty, targeting the treatment of the whole patient and restoring dignity and hope. By providing compassionate bedside delivery of make-up and skin care LipStick Angels supports a patient's self-respect and healthy state of mind. www.lipstickangels.org

2013 CHARITY – ROSIE’S PLACE

In 2013 we discovered Rosie's Place, a remarkable organization that has helped women since 1974. Every ZipHer purchased during the holiday season helped benefit the vital, innovative and transformational programs and services Rosie's Place offers to more than 12,000 poor and homeless women each year. 2012 CHARITY – HEROES IN HEELS

In 2012 HERO IN HEELS was our unique and worthy charity connection. This interactive event includes a fashion show, celebrity shoe auction, poker and high-end shopping – all in one fabulous evening. All proceeds support the Wish Upon A Hero Foundation, the largest social helping website in the world. Everyone has a wish, anyone can be a hero. www.heroesinheels.com

2011 CHARITY – DRESS FOR SUCCESS

During the 2011 holiday season a portion of every ZipHer sale went to Dress For Success® – an international not-for-profit organization. ZipHer helps women "dress for success" so we decided to share our success with the organization that is best known for providing clothing, accessories and employment services to disadvantaged women transitioning into the workplace. www.dressforsuccess.org
